Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a flat scheme near this. A unique opportunity is being provided to those wishing to buy flats. These flats will be given through bidding process. Their price is between Rs 22 lakh to Rs 45 lakh.
Flats from Rs 23 lakh to Rs 45 lakh
Under this scheme of YEIDA, 1BHK and 2BHK flats have been released. Sector 22D is at a short distance from Jewar Airport. Talking about the size of the flat, 1BHK flats will be 29.76 square meters. At the same time, 1BHK four-storey flats will be 54.75 square meters. Apart from this, 2BHK 16-floor flats will be of 99.86 square meters. However, most of the flats have already been allotted. Only 1239 flats are left in total. The price of the flats has been kept according to the size of the flat. Which has been fixed between Rs 23.37 lakh to Rs 45.90 lakh.
First come first serve
Let us tell you that YEIDA started applications for flats from September 19. Those who are interested have time till March 31, 2025 to apply. Allotment of flats will be on first come, first serve basis. For this, the one who applies first has more chances of getting the flat. Apart from this, some conditions of application have also been kept. For booking a flat, only 10 percent of the total price of the flat will have to be deposited.
How to apply?
Those who want to apply in this scheme can apply online only. For which a fee of Rs 600 will have to be paid, which will not be refunded. To apply in this scheme, the most important thing is that you must be an Indian citizen. Whose age should be more than 18 years. Apart from this, keep in mind that those people cannot apply in this who have not already bought a flat or plot from YIDA.
