According to the Royal Thai Embassy, non-Thai citizens will have to apply for all types of visas on the website https://www.thaievisa.go.th. You can easily login in it. Applicants have to pay the visa fee. For this, the concerned embassy and consulate general are providing offline payment options. Once you get the visa, the fee charged on it is non-refundable.
