YEIDA : The completion of Jewar Airport in Noida is being done at a fast pace. Many plot flat schemes are being brought around the airport, so that people can be settled there as soon as possible. Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is developing a residential township in Sector 24A. This is to boost the industrial and residential capacity of YEIDA. YEIDA is looking for a consultant for its development.
What is YEIDA’s plan?
Noida Jewar Airport is going to open on 17 April 2025. Before this, many development works have gained momentum in this area. The government plans to have every necessary facility near the airport, for which a residential township scheme was brought in 24A. Which will include many facilities including road, drainage, water supply and power supply. A temporary budget of Rs 150 crore has been made for this. Apart from this, if some more work has to be done, then the cost can be increased for that. Through this scheme, a good living environment is to be created in this entire area.
What to focus on?
All the facilities required by the residents will be taken care of in the township. In this, institutional facilities like retail shops, offices, schools, health care centers and public spaces will be provided to the people. Retail stores and offices will be opened in commercial space here, which will create many earning opportunities. Apart from this, YIDA has also launched a plot scheme, in which people are participating enthusiastically. Recently a report came out, in which it was told that the rate of land in Noida has increased by about 50 percent. So buying land here can prove to be beneficial in the coming times as well.
YIDA has launched another scheme of 20 plots, which is for Noida Sector- 17, 18 and 22D. The last date for these plots is December 18. They will be allotted through e-auction. Apart from this, 451 plots have been released in Sector 24, for which the draw will be held on December 27.
