Sunny Deol returned to the big screen after two years with Jaat, produced by Mythri Movie Makers, famous for blockbuster hits. The first day collection of the film is also out.
After setting a record at the box office with his film Gadar 2, Sunny Deol is making a comeback after two years. His film Jaat has been released in theaters on April 10. Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda’s pan India action film Jaat has received good reviews from critics and audiences. Written and directed by Gopichand Malineni, the film is performing strongly at the box office.

Jaat has around 5600 shows across India. The Sunny Deol starrer saw an occupancy of 12.49% in the morning and afternoon shows. No other Bollywood film is scheduled to release till April 18, so it seems that Sunny’s film may perform well at the box office. The pre-sales of Jaat were not that impressive, as it only earned Rs 2.37 crore. However, the film is expected to do well in tier two and tier three cities.

According to Saknilk, the early trends of the film have also come. The movie had collected Rs 8.51 crore till the time of writing the news and it is expected to increase further. According to that, Jaat can collect 10 to 12 crores on the opening day.

Jaat’s opening is much better than other films of Sunny Deol. This film has left behind Chup (3.06 crores), Singh Saab the Great (6 crores), Yamla Pagla Deewana 2 (7.05 crores), Ghayal Once Again (7.20 crores) and Yamla Pagla Deewana (7.95 crores) released in the year 2022. However, Gadar 2 is still the biggest opener of the actor’s career with a collection of Rs 41 crore. The film had earned a total of Rs 686 crore.
Talking about the work front, Sunny Deol will be seen in Lahore 1947, Border 2 and Ramayana Part 1 in the coming time. He can play the role of Lord Hanuman in this film.
