DDA Housing Scheme 2024: DDA is going to launch its 3 housing schemes in Delhi on 19 August on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. 15000 flats will be available for sale in these schemes and their starting price will be Rs 11.5 lakh.

Actually, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to launch its 3 housing schemes on 19 August on the day of Rakshabandhan. The special thing is that in this scheme, low-income people will get a house for just 11.5 lakh rupees. 15000 flats will be offered in these three schemes.
In these 3 housing schemes of DDA, lower class, middle class and premium flats will be available for sale. Delhi Development Authority had approved these three housing schemes last week. In the first two of these housing schemes, allotment of flats will be on ‘first come first serve’ basis, while for one scheme there will be e-auction.
At which location will the flats be
According to ET report, according to Delhi Development Authority officials, the first scheme is DDA Affordable Home Housing Scheme. It will have flats for LIG and EWS segments. The price of flats in this affordable housing scheme will start from Rs 11.50 lakh. These flats will be in Delhi’s Ramgarh Colony, Sirsapur, Rohini, Loknayak Puram and Narela.
Flats worth Rs 30 lakh and Rs 1.25 crore
On the other hand, DDA’s second housing scheme is for middle class families. In this, HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats can be booked at desired location. These houses will be in Jasona, Loknayakpuram and Narela. The price of these flats will start from Rs 29 lakh.
The third is a housing scheme. In this, allotment will be done on the basis of e-auction. To apply in this, one will have to bid. This segment will also have MIG, HIG and high-class flats. These houses will be located in different sectors 14, 16B and 19B of Dwarka. The reserve price of these flats will start from Rs 1 crore 28 lakh.
