In Rajnandgaon, 92.95 percent Ayushman card registration was completed under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. District level workshop and training was organized for the remaining eligible beneficiaries. Under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Ayushman Health Scheme, 100% Ayushman card registration work is being done. As per the eligible ration card holder beneficiaries for registration, out of the target of 9 lakh 39 thousand 886, 8 lakh 73 thousand 712 eligible beneficiaries have been registered for Ayushman card, which is 92.95 percent against the set target.
For registration, a district level workshop and training was given regarding 100% Ayushman card registration of the remaining 66,174 eligible beneficiaries. In this, the entire process of registration process through mobile app for the beneficiaries to easily register themselves and all the members of their family for Ayushman card was explained through video.

The process of Ayushman card registration is completely free. It is necessary to bring ration card and Aadhar card to make the card. Separate Ayushman Bharat cards will be made for all the members of the family, cards can be made in the nearest health centers, Aadhar service centers and choice centers of your area along with all the members of the family.
