Dhanashree recently wrote in one of her posts that without checking the facts, wrong things are being said about her character and hate is being given. Now Yuzvendra Chahal has also broken his silence on the news of divorce and has written that the claims being made on social media may or may not be true.
Yuzvendra Chahal wrote on his Instagram story, ‘I am grateful for the unwavering love and support of the fans, without which I would not have been able to reach here. But this journey is not over yet. There are still many incredible overs left to bowl for my country, my team and my fans. While I am proud to be a player, a son, a brother and a friend. I understand the recent news, especially about knowing about my personal life. However, I have noticed that some claims are being made on social media, which may or may not be true.’

He further wrote, ‘As a son, a brother and a friend, I request everyone not to pay attention to these speculations. Because all these things have hurt me and my family a lot. My family’s values have taught me to wish well for everyone, to be dedicated and work hard instead of shortcuts. I am committed to these. I would like your support and not sympathy.’
Chahal has not taken the name of his wife Dhanashree in this statement, he has definitely described himself as a son, a brother and a friend, but not a husband.
Earlier, Dhanashree had written on her Instagram story, ‘The last few days have been very difficult for me and my family. But the thing that has hurt the most is the useless things, the wrong things being said about my character without checking the facts and the hate being given. I have earned my name and respect by working hard for many years. Do not consider my silence as my weakness, it is my strength.’
He further wrote, ‘Negativity spreads easily online, but it takes strength and courage to lift others. I have decided to focus on my truth. Truth stands without any justification. Om Namah Shivay.’
