After getting the property registered, I flew abroad

Came to the tehsil on Monday, but due to the strike, the registration could not be done, now I have to go back to Canada and join duty tomorrow. Thankfully, the strike is over today and the registration of my flat has been done, now I can go back to Canada. This is what Ashutosh Dutt, who reached the tehsil on Tuesday to get the registration done, said.

People were getting troubled due to the strike of lawyers

Like this, there are many other people who had come to Ghaziabad from abroad on leave, they had to get their property registered here, but they were getting troubled due to the strike of lawyers from November 5, on Tuesday, after seven days, the work of property registration started in the tehsil, then they got the property registered and went back abroad.

The number of people getting power of attorney also increased

Apart from these, there are some people who came to Ghaziabad from abroad, who could not get the property registered for some reason. It was necessary for them to go abroad, so they have made power of attorney in the name of their family members.

Advocate Ashok Kumar Verma said that by doing this, even if the buyer does not live here, his close ones will be able to buy the property in his name through power of attorney. Due to the strike, the number of people getting power of attorney has also increased.

Couples also reached to register their marriage

Due to the festival of Devutthaan Ekadashi, a large number of couples reached the registration offices on Tuesday to register their marriage. Among them, there were many people who got married on Tuesday itself and went to the registration office to get the marriage registered. Ghaziabad’s AIG Stamp Pushpendra Kumar said that a total of 462 properties were registered in the district on Tuesday. Apart from this, 32 people got their marriage registered.
