‘LSD 2’ film full of bold content released
Earlier this month, Akshay Kumar-Tiger Shroff’s ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’ was released. The film is moving at a brisk pace at the ticket window. In comparison, Ajay Devgan’s ‘Maidan’, which released in theaters on the same day, is moving ahead with average collections. Amidst the buzz of these two big films, ‘LSD 2’ filled with bold content entered the theaters on 19th April.
‘LSD 2’ took this much opening
After the success of the first part of the film, the makers have released the second part. The movie was heavily promoted before its release. Urfi Javed has made her Bollywood debut with ‘LSD 2’. At the same time, this is also the first Bollywood film of transgender actress Bonita Rajpurohit.
‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’, released earlier this month, took an opening of Rs 15.65 crore. ‘Maidan’ had opened at the ticket window with Rs 2.6 crores. If we look at the opening collection of ‘LSD 2’ released on April 19 in comparison to these movies, the film has opened the account with Rs 15 lakhs. The film ‘LSD 2’ shows multiple stories
‘LSD 2’, directed by Dibakar Banerjee and produced by Ekta Kapoor, is a film showing multiple stories. In one, the story of ‘transgender’ increasing TRP in reality show is shown. The second one is of another transgender working in an agency providing services for the metro, her lover and her boss. In the third story, virtual reality and its original characters cross the limits of nudity.
