ICC Rankings: International Cricket Council (ICC) has released its latest rankings. In which England’s wicketkeeper batsman Phil Salt has got a big advantage. Phil Salt batted brilliantly in the T20 series against West Indies. In this series, Phil Salt had scored two centuries in two consecutive matches. After which now Phil Salt has reached the best ranking of his T20 cricket career.
Now Phil Salt has reached second place in the ICC T20 batsmen’s rankings with a rating of 802. Suryakumar Yadav is still present at the first place in this list. Suryakumar Yadav remains at the first position in the ICC T20 batsmen’s rankings with 887 rating. Whereas Pakistan’s wicketkeeper batsman Mohammad Rizwan remains at third position with 787 rating.
Babar Azam in first place in ODI
Talking about ICC ODI rankings for batting, former Pakistan captain Babar Azam remains on the top of the list with 824 rating. Shubman Gill still remains at second place in the list. Shubhman Gill is at second place with 801 rating. Whereas Virat Kohli is at third place and Rohit Sharma is at fourth place. Virat Kohli has 768 rating points and Rohit Sharma has 746 rating points. Australian opening batsman David Warner is at fifth position in the list with 745 rating points.
Kane Williamson’s dominance continues in Test
New Zealand team captain Kane Williamson is at the first position in the ICC Test rankings for batsmen. Kane Williamson has 864 rating points. New Zealand’s Joe Root is in second place with 859 rating points. Apart from this, Steve Smith of Australia is at third place with 826 rating points and Usman Khawaja of Australia is at fourth place with 808 rating points.
In the ICC rankings for bowlers, England spin bowler Adil Rashid is at first place in T20 with 726 rating points. In ODI, South African spin bowler Keshav Maharaj is in first place with 716 points. Apart from this, Team India’s R Ashwin is at first place in Test cricket with 879 rating points.
