DDA Flats Scheme: There is a golden opportunity for the lower class people living in and around the country’s capital Delhi to buy a house. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the registration deadline to April 30 under ‘Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025’. Home buyers can register for flats till the night of April 30, 2025.
But the good news is not just this. DDA has also reduced the prices of LIG (Low Income Groups) flats by 25 percent under ‘Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025’. After this reduction in prices by DDA, the starting price of LIG flats has become only Rs 13.30 lakh.

According to the information received from the DDA website, the number of LIG flats in Sirsapur, Delhi is 624, whose size ranges from 35.76 to 36.39 square meters. The price of these flats was earlier fixed from Rs 17.41 lakh to Rs 17.71 lakh, but after the
implementation of 25 percent discount, their prices have become Rs 13.30 lakh to Rs 13.55 lakh. Apart from this, the number of flats with 42 to 44.46 square meters in Loknayakpuram, Delhi is 204. The price of these flats was earlier Rs 26.98 lakh to Rs 28.47 lakh. But after the implementation of 25 percent discount on these, their prices have now come down to Rs 20.20 lakh to Rs 21.4 lakh.
In which area of Delhi are Sirsapur and Loknayakpuram
The Sirsapur area of Delhi falls around Rohini, Burari and Kheda Kalan. On the other hand, areas like Tikri, Najafgarh and Nangloi are located in the area around Loknayakpuram. You get better connectivity in both these areas of Delhi – Sirsapur and Loknayakpuram.
Loknayakpuram area is located near the Green Line of Delhi Metro. While Sirsapur is located near the Yellow Line of Delhi Metro. DDA has extended the deadline for registration of houses under ‘Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025’ as well as ‘Shramik Awas Yojana 2025’ till April 30.
