DDA Flats Scheme 2024: There is good news for those who dream of buying their own house in Delhi. DDA has launched a scheme for those who want to buy a house in a low budget. Under which the price of flats has been started from 11.5 lakhs.
The number of these flats is 34000. Which have been built for LIG and EWS category. Some flats in this are also priced at Rs 29 lakh. See here how to apply in this.
What is DDA Housing Scheme?
Delhi Development Authority had taken out about 34,000 flats. Which were given to the people on first come first serve basis. Their price started from Rs 11.5 lakh, these flats have been built in Ramgarh Colony, Sirsa Pur, Rohini, Narela and Loknayakpuram in North West Delhi. In which people from low-income group (LIG) and economically weaker section (EWS) can apply.
Till when can you apply?

The flats being given under the scheme are starting from Rs 11.5 lakh. Those who have not yet applied in this scheme can apply till March 2025.

How much can you book?
DDA has kept different rates for booking all the flats. Out of these, 250 flats have been built in Rohini Sector 34 and 35 (LIG category). Whose price is Rs 12-15.5 lakhs. There are 180 flats for EWS category in Mangolpuri area, whose price is Rs 32-35 lakhs.
In these flats, EWS category flats can be booked for Rs 50 thousand, LIG for Rs 1 lakh, MIG for Rs 4 lakhs and HIG flats for Rs 10 lakhs.
How to apply?
If you want to participate in this scheme of DDA, then applications have started for it. To apply, first go to the official site of DDA. Click on Housing Latest Update there. It is necessary to have any one of the documents – self-attested copy of PAN card, identity card (passport, government ID card, driving license, ration card, Aadhaar card).
