After recently making a huge profit by selling two apartments, Akshay has now sold an office space in Lower Parel, Mumbai for Rs 8 crore. This information has been announced by property portal ‘Square Yards’. The transaction was completed in April 2025 and Akshay has sold this property to Vipul Ramesh Mehta and Kashmira Vipul Mehta.

The office space sold by Akshay Kumar is located in the commercial project ‘One Place Lodha’ in Lower Parel. The area of ​​this office is about 1,146.88 sq ft and includes two car parking spaces. Stamp duty of Rs 48 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 have been paid on this transaction.

According to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) records, ‘One Place Lodha’ is a project by Lodha (Macrotech Developers). Spread over an area of ​​1.08 acres, it offers office spaces of various sizes ranging from 179 sq ft to 27,392 sq ft.

According to Square Yards, a total of 8 transactions have taken place in the One Place Lodha project between May 2024 and April 2025. Their combined value is Rs 618 crore. The average price of a property in this project is Rs 48,000 per square foot.

Lower Parel is an important residential and commercial area in Mumbai. It is well connected to major commercial hubs like Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) and Nariman Point. According to ‘Square Yards’, Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor, writer Amish Tripathi and actor Manoj Bajpayee also have homes in Lower Parel.

In March 2025, Akshay Kumar sold his two apartments in Mumbai’s Borivali area and made a profit of Rs 6.6 crore. He sold the first apartment for Rs 5.35 crore. He sold the second apartment for Rs 1.25 crore, which was purchased for Rs 67.19 lakh in 2017. This transaction was a rise of 86%. The carpet area of ​​this apartment was 23.45 sq. m. (approximately 252 sq. ft.). On this, stamp duty of Rs 7.5 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 were charged.
