DDA Housing Scheme Registration– DDA has announced a new housing scheme in Sirsapur and Loknayak Puram, in which 828 flats will be available on ‘first come, first serve’ basis. Booking has started from today.
Booking for the new housing scheme launched by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started from 12 noon today. A total of 828 flats in Siraspur and Loknayak Puram will be sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Out of the total flats, 624 LIG (Low Income Group) units are available in Siraspur and 204 EWS (Economically Weaker Section) flats are available in Loknayak Puram. In their sale, a special discount of 25% will also be given to different deprived sections of the society.
An official statement issued by the DDA said that this affordable housing scheme has been started keeping in mind the demand of the people. This is different from the already released ‘Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme 2025’ of DDA. The price of flats in Siraspur has been kept between ₹ 17.4 lakh and ₹ 17.7 lakh. Similarly, the price of flats in Loknayak Puram has been kept between ₹ 27 lakh and ₹ 28.4 lakh.
Dwarka Community Housing Scheme
The DDA has also launched the Dwarka Community Service Personnel Housing Scheme 2025. Under this scheme, 349 flats will be made available in Dwarka Sector 19B for the employees of apartment owners of Golf View Condo. Some special terms and conditions will apply for this scheme.
Only legal owners of HIG, Super HIG and Penthouse flats in Golf View Condo can apply for these flats. Each applicant will be eligible for only one flat, irrespective of the number of flats he owns in Golf View Condo.
Online registration for this scheme has also started from Monday. The last date for online registration is March 24. The sale of flats will start from March 29 through e-auction. The plinth area of these flats will be 50 square meters and their price has been fixed at around ₹ 32.5 lakh.
