People participated enthusiastically in this scheme. The authority has once again brought cheap flats. DDA is again conducting a mega sale of the same remaining flats on Diwali. Flats have been started in this sale from Rs 11 lakh.

How much will the booking cost?

DDA has launched the sale of these flats for 4 categories. In which booking of EWS flats can be done for Rs 50,000, LIG ​​for Rs 1 lakh, MIG flats for Rs 4 lakh and HIG flats for Rs 10 lakh. At the same time, the registration fee for all categories has been kept at Rs 2500. Let us tell you that both the registration fee and the booking fee will not be refunded on cancellation.

How to apply?

On Diwali, DDA has launched an offer on these remaining flats. Under this scheme, flats can be applied for till 31 March 2025. For this, first go to the official website of DDA, first click on the latest scheme and select the category of flat you want to apply for. Apart from this, DDA has also extended the payment date of Diwali Special Scheme 2023. Its date has been extended till November 30, 2024.

What is DDA’s scheme?

In the first scheme, DDA had released around 34,000 flats on first come first serve basis. The price of which started from Rs 11.5 lakh. These flats are built in Ramgarh Colony, Sirsa Pur, Rohini, Narela and Loknayakpuram of North West Delhi. In this, flats were released for low-income group (LIG) and economically weaker section (EWS).
