What is DA?
DA means dearness allowance which is also called dearness allowance. This is the amount given to government and non-government employees. In view of the rising inflation, the government has given the gift of DA to the employees. It is given by considering a certain percentage of the basic salary of the employee. Along with the basic salary, other amounts like house rent allowance are also added to the DA, after which the salary is formed.
